to my grandmother, with whom he shared
hardships for many years.
That is [Kian]
Authentic tea room built by a shrine carpenter.
This place was named
by Urasenke tea master “Gyotei” sensei
as taking one letter from
my grandmother’s tea name “Soki”
Then called “Kian”
Thirty years later,
it has come to my generation as his granddaughter.
Renovated as a lodging facility
And renamed as “Arima Yorokobian”
With the ideas and thoughts of my grandparents in mind
I want to create the place full of joy.
